WHO lauds Kuwait's support to Yemen's health sector

ADEN, May 31 (KUNA) -- The World Health Organization has hailed Kuwait's generous backing to the health sector of the war-torn Yemen.
In a press statement on Sunday, the WHO office in Yemen said that the Kuwaiti aid has helped keep operation of the Yemeni healthcare facilities.
It pointed out that Kuwait has helped provide drugs, fuel and drinking water for 109 hospitals and health centers across Yemen. (end) sns.amm.ibi
