WASHINGTON, April 8 (KUNA) -- The confirmed coronavirus cases in the US hit 400,000 Wednesday as also over 1,900 deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours.
According to Johns Hopkins University tally, the confirmed coronavirus cases reached 400,166 and about 12,912 deaths.
New York remains the hardest hit with 140,386 cases and 5,489 deaths followed by New Jersey with 44,416 cases and 1,232 deaths, while Wyoming is the only state with no reported death from coronavirus. (end)
