Macron sends support to coronavirus-hit British PM

PARIS, April 6 (KUNA) -- French President Emmanuel Macron late Monday sent a message of support to British Premier Boris Johnson, who has become ill with the coronavirus.
Johnson was admitted into intensive care Monday evening after a deterioration in his condition.
Macon, in a Tweet, sent "full support" to Johnson and his family and the British people "at this difficult time." He expressed hope for a rapid recovery by the British leader. (end) jk.hb
