Syria: Coronavirus infections reach 19

AMMAN, April 5 (KUNA) -- Coronavirus infection cases in Syria have reached 19, official Syria Arab News Agency (SANA) said on Sunday.
SANA, citing a statement by the ministry of health affairs, said a single person ill with the virus passed away but two others recovered.
Syria declared first coronavirus infection case on 22nd of the past month.
Authorities have imposed a curfew, banned unnecessary movement among provinces, halted public transports and shuttered land border checkpoints with neighboring Lebanon. (end) mjb.rk
