Italy announces 889 deaths, tally hitting over 10,000

ROME, March 28 (KUNA) -- Italy announced, Saturday, up to 889 deaths due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the last 24 hours, bringing the fatality number to 10,023.
The number of infections did not fare any better, hitting 92,472 with 3,651 cases registered today.
There are 1,434 people who recovered from the viral infection, putting the number at 12,384. (end) mn.gta
