Kuwait announces four new coronavirus cases, total up to 104

KUWAIT, March 14 (KUNA) -- Kuwait announced Saturday four positive coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, taking the number of the infected to 104.
Ministry of Health spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad told KUNA that one case is for an Indian national who was in contact with a person who came from Azerbaijan; two Kuwaitis who were in the United Kingdom, and another Kuwaiti female who was in both Qatar and France.
Al-Sanad also noted that currently, six patients are in the ICU; two in a critical condition and the rest are stable.
He further pointed out that the ministry took a total of 8,298 samples from people for testing. (end) mke.hb
