DUBAI, Feb 28 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti weightlifter Saud Al-Mutairi grabbed on Friday three silver medals at the West Asia Championships, taking to nine the country's tally.
He notched up this achievement in the juniors' 81 kg. category, said Secretary of Kuwait Weightlifting Federation (KWF) and head of mission to the event Mseilam Al-Odwani in statements to KUNA.
The West Asia Championships, being hosted by Dubai, continue through March 1, with 150 athletes from 15 West Asian countries taking part. (end)
