KUWAIT, Feb 24 (KUNA) -- The undersecretary of Kuwait's Health Ministry Dr. Mustafa Reda affirmed on Monday that all citizens who arrived from Tehran and Qom were subjected to the compulsory quarantine in order to ensure their health and protect society from Coronavirus - Covid 19 dangers.
This came in a joint press conference held at the Government Communication Center at Seif Palace.
He added that all citizens have been placed in the quarantine for 14 days with applying medical protocol for the prevention from the virus.
He stressed that all citizens were aware of the measures that will be taken for them before boarding the plane.
He stated that they are healthy and have not yet shown any symptoms of the virus, adding that any symptoms shown of the virus will be transferred to one of hospitals in order to receive appropriate treatment. (end) mak.jy.gaa
