KUWAIT, Feb 22 (KUNA) -- The local and international contests of Kuwait International Motocross Race 2020 concluded at Kuwait Motor Town on Saturday evening.
Dimitrios Keramydas, a Greek rider of Honda 450, led the Clubman division, followed by Abdullah Lanjawi - of the UAE, on Kawasaki 250cc, and Kuwait's Bader Al-Dowaisan - on Yamaha 250, in the second and third places respectively.
The MX2 division saw Richard Sikyana (Slovakia) leading the race, followed by Petr Polak (Czech Republic) and Hardi Roosiorg (Estonia), in the second and third places respectively.
Germany's Maximilian Nagl led the MX1 division, followed by Toms Macuks (Latvia) and Paulo Alberto (Portugal), in the second and third places respectively.
Kuwait local Motocross championship saw UAE's Ahmad Al-Nu'aimi leading the Clubman race, followed by his teammate Abdullah Lanjawi and Kuwait's Bader Al-Dowaisan, in the second and third places respectively.
Hassan Noor Al-Deen (Bahrain) led the MX1 division, followed by Kuwait's Barrak Al-Jasmi and Michael Anderson (Portugal), in the second and third places respectively.
The MX2 division was dominated by the Kuwaiti racers with Abdulatif Al-Khannah, Khaled Al-Fayez and Omar Al-Medlij winning the first, second and their places, respectively.
The two-day events, co-organized by Kuwait International Automobile Club (KIAC) and the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM), gathered racers from the United States, South Africa, and European and Arabian Gulf countries. (end) my.rj.gb
