Kuwait's Amir congratulates Afghan Pres. on re-election

KUWAIT, Feb 19 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Wednesday a cable to Afghan President, Ashraf Ghani, congratulating him on his re-election to serve a new term in office.
His Highness the Amir in the cable wished the president wellbeing and his country prosperity and promotion.
Their Highnesses the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister, respectively Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, addressed cables of identical content to the re-elected president. (end) Afh.sam
