Amiri decree issued to reshuffle cabinet

KUWAIT, Feb 16 (KUNA) -- An Amiri decree has been issued Sunday evening to carry out a limited cabinet reshuffle, said Tareq Al-Mezrim, head of the Center for Government Communication.
Under the decree, Barrak Ali Barrak Al-Shitan was appointed as Minister of Finance and Mohammad Hejji Bushehri as Minister of Electricity and Water.
Dr. Khaled Mohammad Ali Al-Fadhel was named as Minister of Oil and Maryam Aqil Hashem Al-Aqil as Minister of Social Affairs and Minister of State for Economic Affairs, Al-Mezrim, who doubles as government spokesman, added. (end) aas.gb
