Kuwait parliament speaker condoles with Nigeria over fatal blast

KUWAIT, Jan 24 (KUNA) -- National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim on Friday addressed cables to his Nigerian counterpart Femi Gbajabiamila and Chair of the Senate Ahmad Lawan on a deadly blast of an oil pipeline.
