Kuwait, Ethiopia eye deal on domestic workers - FM

KUWAIT, Jan 21 (KUNA) -- A joint Kuwaiti-Ethiopian committee convened its inaugural meeting on Tuesday to hammer out a deal over the recruitment of domestic workers from the sub-Saharan African nation, said Kuwait's foreign ministry.
Kuwait's Assistant Foreign Minister for Consular Affairs Sami Al-Hamad led his country's side amid the talks, attended by numerous state bodies, with Ethiopia's ambassador to the Kuwait Abdulfattah Hassan also present. (end) ak.fh.nam
