KUWAIT, Dec 24 (KUNA) - 'Thekra' is Al Shaheed Park's Historical Museum, which opened in 2016 and focuses on Kuwait's history and major battles such as the Al-Jahra, Al-Seef, Al-Riqqa battles besides the Gulf War.
Visitors can learn all about Kuwait's history and participate by sharing their past experiences and memories at the booths inside the museum. This collaboration will allow the museum to fulfill one of its missions to preserve the country's historical and cultural values and pass it on to next generations. 'Thekra' is Arabic for memory.
