Kuwait Amir offers condolences to New Zealand over volcano victims

KUWAIT, Dec 11 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a cable of condolences to the Governor General of New Zealand Patsy Reddy over victims of White Island volcano, which erupted Tuesday and caused many deaths and injuries.
In his cable, His Highness the Amir offered his deepest sympathy to the victims' families and wished the wounded a speedy recovery, hoping officials in the friendly country will overcome the effects of this natural disaster.
