KUWAIT, Dec 10 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Tuesday sent a cable of thanks to Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir appreciated the Saudi King's much care, hospitality and warm welcome to him and his accompanying delegation during the 40th GCC meeting held in Riyadh.
His Highness the Amir voiced much happiness at participation in this fraternal gathering which brought him and other GCC leaders together in the Saudi capital.
His Highness the Amir commended the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for organizing the event, and appreciated the Saudi King's wisdom and farsightedness that led to constructive resolutions that would contribute to developing Gulf cooperation, progress and welfare.
Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad wished the Saudi King wellbeing and the Kingdom more prosperity under his wise leadership. (end)
