KUWAIT, Dec 10 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable Tuesday to Prime Minister of Ethiopia Abiy Ahmed, expressing heartfelt congratulations on gaining 2019 Nobel Peace Prize.
His Highness's congratulations cable comes in recognition of Ahmed's fruitful efforts to reach peace, and serve international cooperation as well as his fruitful initiative and contributions to resolving the border dispute between Ethiopia and Eritrea.
His Highness the Amir wished the Ethiopian Prime Minister everlasting health and wellness, and further progress and prosperity to his country.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables. (end)
