KUWAIT, Nov 21 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received Thursday a cable from the Vice President of the National Guard Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, congratulating him on the new post and the task to form a new government.
In his cable, Sheikh Mishal expressed his best wishes and success on forming the new government and working to serve the Kuwaiti people, under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. (Pickup previous)
