KUWAIT, Nov 12 (KUNA) -- The football associations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Bahrain announced Tuesday they would participate in the 24th Arabian Gulf Cup (Qatar 2019).
The tournament will be hosted by Doha between November 24 and December 6.
The Saudi Arabian Football Federation said, in a statement in Jeddah, it has decided to approve an invitation from the Arabian Gulf Football Federation to take part in the tournament.
Similar statements have been made by the UAE and Bahrain football associations this evening.
The national team of the Sultanate of Oman won the last title of the biennial championship, held Kuwait in 2017. (end)
