KUWAIT, Oct 21 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has received on Monday a cable of congratulations from Pope of the Coptic Orthodox Church of Alexandria Tawadros II on His Highness's recovery from the recent health setback.
