France affirms support to Saudi Arabia in light of Aramco attack

PARIS, Sept 18 (KUNA) -- French President Emmanuel Macron affirmed his country's support to Saudi Arabia's security and stability, after the attack on two oil facilities belonging to Aramco.
In a statement released by the Elysee Palace on Wednesday, Macron condemned the attack in a phone call with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman Al-Saud.
The French presidency added that Paris is ready take part in the investigation on the incident.
On his part, Prince Mohammad bin Salman stressed that the attack last Saturday was aimed at creating chaos in the kingdom and damage the global economy. (end) mjz.ag
