His Highness the Amir condoles with Spanish King over downpour victims

KUWAIT, Sept 13 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Friday a cable to King Felipe VI of Spain to express sincere condolences for the victims of the torrential rains that hit the eastern parts of the country recently.
His Highness the Amir expressed sympathy with the families of the victims and wished the many wounded people a quick recovery.
He also expressed hope that the authorities in friendly Spain will be able to overcome the impacts of this natural disaster soon.
His Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables to King Felipe VI. (end) tab.gb
