His Highness Amir receives congratulatory cable from chief judge

KUWAIT, Aug 23 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Friday a congratulatory cable from Chairman of Kuwait's Supreme Judicial Council and the Cassation Court, and President of the Constitutional Court, Justice Yousef Jassem Al-Mutawaa, on recovery of his recent health setback.
