KUWAIT, Aug 21 (KUNA) -- 1990 -- Egypt's President Mohammad Hosni Mubarak calls on Iraqi president Saddam Hussein to withdraw Iraqi forces from Kuwait in an initiative aimed at saving Arab unity.
1990 -- Information Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah issues an order to set up a Kuwaiti media center in Cairo aimed at highlighting the plight of Kuwaitis after the invasion of the Gulf state by Iraq forces.
