His Highness the Amir receives congratulatory cable from His Highness Sheikh Salem Al-Ali

KUWAIT, Aug 19 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Monday a congratulatory cable from His Highness Sheikh Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah over his recovery from the minor health setback that he had earlier.
His Highness Sheikh Salem and on the behalf of the National Guards, uttered his sincere congratulations over His Highness's recovery and he wished him a good health so Kuwait would continue progressing under his leadership.
