GAZA, Aug 18 (KUNA) -- Three Palestinians were killed as a result of an Israeli bombardment on the borders of the Gaza Strip, said a medical source Sunday.
Health Ministry spokesman Dr. Ashraf Al-Qudra told the press that medical teams managed to retrieved the bodies of the deceased Palestinians who were in their mid-twenties.
Israel announced late Saturday that it targeted the Palestinians on the border fence north of the Gaza Strip, claiming that they were "armed militants". (end)
