ADEN, Aug 11 (KUNA) -- The Yemeni government welcomed, Sunday, the Coalition Forces in Support of Legitimacy in Yemen's calls for a ceasefire during the occasion of Eid Al-Adha and also commended an initiative to hold a meeting in Saudi Arabia to discuss the situation in Aden, the temporary capital.
Yemeni government spokesman Rajeh Badi told Yemen-state Saba News Agency that the coalition was commended for its initiative to call for a ceasefire during the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, affirming that the legitimate Yemeni forces will abide by the terms.
Meanwhile, the spokesman touched on the urgent situation in Aden, revealing that the government in the temporary capital was against all acts of disunity and sabotage.
He lauded the Saudi proposal to hold an urgent meeting in the Kingdom for all disputing parties to discuss Aden's developments.
