Kuwait Defense Minister receives phone call from Iranian counterpart

KUWAIT, Aug 6 (KUNA) -- First Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received Tuesday a phone call from Iranian Defense Minister Amir Hatami, discussing means of boosting bilateral relations between the two countries.
The Iranian Minister of Defense congratulated Sheikh Nasser Al-Sabah on Eid Al-Adha, wishing him full health and well-being and Kuwait more progress and prosperity, in addition to inviting him to visit the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In turn, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense thanked his Iranian counterpart for the call, praising his generous invitation to visit the Islamic Republic of Iran and wishing further progress for the relations between the two countries. (end) ns.ss
