VIRGINIA, The United States, July 30 (KUNA) -- The Kuwaiti scout team displayed on Tuesday a number of traditional arts in the 24th World Scout Jamboree held in the US.
The head of Kuwaiti delegation, Ali Taleb, said to KUNA that the team preformed several folkloric dances such 'Arda and Samri,' and the performance was warmly applauded and welcomed by the attendees.
"Kuwait is very keen on participating in such events, we aim to gain experience from other teams who come from different countries, exchange knowledge and culture and hope to benefit society in general," Taleb said.
