Nigeria come third at AFCON championship after beating Tunisia

KUWAIT, July 17 (KUNA) -- Nigeria's soccer team have ranked third at the 32nd edition of African Cup of Nations (AFCON) after beating their rivals Tunisians 1-0 on Wednesday in Egypt.
The only goal was scored by Odion Ighalo in the third minute.
During the whole game, Tunisians tried to equalize and give themselves a change to change the results in favor of themm but failed, ranking fourth in the tournament finally.
The final match will be held on Friday evening (tomorrow) between Algeria and Senegal's teams.
The Algerians are eyeing the second title; the first one was in 1990, while Senegal's team are trying to win the trophy for the first time in their history. (end) rj.hm
