Arab Radio, TV Festival concludes events in Tunis

TUNIS, June 30 (KUNA) -- The Arab Radio and TV Festival held its final event in Tunis on Sunday with a celebration of Palestine amidst a crowd that witnessed competitions organized by the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU).
The final ceremony saw distribution of awards for winning radio and TV productions.
Winners varied from Qatar, Saudi ARabia, Tunisia, Yemen, Iraq, Oman, Palestine and Morocco.
ASBU organized the Arab Radio and Television Festival in cooperation with the Tunisian Radio and Television and the Arab Satellite Communications Organization (ARABSAT), in which it celebrates a selection of Arab screen stars, artists, directors and senior officials and media professionals in the Arab arena.
The festival witnessed participation of 70 bodies and companies in the field of audiovisual equipment. (end) ksj.bs
