National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim
KUWAIT, June 25 (KUNA) -- Ten MPs on Tuesday submitted a no-confidence montion against Minister of Finance, Dr. Nayef Al-Hajraf at today's grilling session, Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim said.
Speaker Al-Ghanim said the MPs are Riyadh Al-Adsani, Abdulkarim Al-Kandari, Thamer Al-Suwait, Khaled Al-Otaibi, Bader Al-Mulla, Adel Al-Damkhi, Abdulwahab Al-Babtain, Farraj Al-Arbeed, Majed Al-Mutairi and Mohammad Al-Mutair.
As per Article 102 of the Kuwaiti Constitution and Article 144 of the National Assembly's statute, a decision should be taken in this regard within seven days of submission, so a no-confidence motion vote shall take place on July 3, the speaker elaborated. (pickup previous)
