KUWAIT, May 25 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti oil went down by USD 1.93 to USD 67.54 per barrel Friday after it was at USD 69.47 pb the day before, said the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Saturday.
At the global level, the prices went up by more than one percent in the United States and Britain.
However, weekly numbers recorded a huge drop because of an increase in US crude reserves and fears connected with the global economy.
The price of the Brent crude went up by 93 cents to USD 68.69 per barrel, the same case with the West Texas Intermediate, which went up by 72 cents to USD 58.63 pb. (end) ad.gta
