MANAMA, May 21 (KUNA) -- Bahraini Foreign Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Ahmad said on Tuesday that his country always supportive to the Palestinian people's struggle to regain their legitimate rights and establish their independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
In a statement carried by the Bahraini News Agency (BNA), Sheikh Khaled noted that Bahrain's hosting of "Peace for Prosperity" workshop is part of its continuous efforts to help the Palestinian people enhance their resources to achieve their legitimate aspirations.
Sheikh Khaled expressed sincere appreciation to Palestine's leadership, its steadfast positions and its continuing efforts to safeguard the rights of the Palestinian people and achieve their legitimate aspirations.
"The Kingdom of Bahrain would remain as it always towards the brotherly Palestinian people," he added. (end)
