His Highness Amir condoles with Afghan Pres. over market attack victims

KUWAIT, May 19 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a condolence cable on Sunday to Afghanistan's president Mohammad Ashraf Ghani over the victims of a market attack in the western province of Herat In the cable, His Highness the Amir affirmed Kuwait's strong condemnation of such a criminal act that targeted innocent lives and goes against all human values.
His Highness the Amir prayed to Allah Almighty to bestow mercy upon the victims and speedy recovery to all the injured.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables to Afghanistan's president. (end) gaa
