KUWAIT, May 9 (KUNA) -- Kuwait is taking part in the celebration of the World Day of Migratory Birds, which will be held this year under the slogan "Protecting birds against plastic pollution", which falls on May 9 of each year.
The aim of this celebration is to enhance efforts to preserve and protect these migratory birds during their seasonal journey that crosses a number of countries in large swarms flying over the deserts, peaks of high mountains and oceans as these birds reach their target at the same time they reached last year.
