BERIUT, April 25 (KUNA) -- Lebanon's Prime Minister Saad Al-Hariri met on Thursday with visiting Kuwaiti Minister of Commerce and Industry Khaled Al-Roudhan to discuss means of promoting commercial and economic cooperation.
Al-Roudhan, accompanied by Kuwait's ambassador to Lebanon Abdel-Al Al-Qena'i, held other meetings with Lebanese officials, including Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs Hassan Murad, on ways to increase the trade exchanges between both countries.
Murad appreciated Kuwait's care for Lebanon and its people, saying Kuwait is the first sponsor of Lebanon.
During his visit to Lebanon, Al-Roudhan participated in the opening of Arab Banking Conference for 2018, held under the patronage and in the presence of Al-Hariri. The conference featured about 400 Arab, Lebanese and foreign dignitaries in the financial, banking, economic fields. (end) ff.kbs.hm
