HH the Amir congratulates Kuwait's Al-Qatami for honorary French order

KUWAIT, April 7 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Sunday addressed a cable to Lulwa Al-Qatami, the honorary president of the Kuwaiti Women's Cultural and Social Society, on earning the French Legion of Honor Medal of the Officer's Rank, in appreciation of her role in promoting Kuwaiti women.
