KUWAIT, March 23 (KUNA) -- Price of the Kuwaiti crude oil dropped 85 cents to USD 67.25 per barrel on Friday against USD 68.10 pb on Thursday, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said on Saturday.
In global markets, the crude rates dropped some two percent, on Friday, maintaining a bearish trend, amid fruitless trade talks between the United States of America and China and negative indications about German and U.S.> industries that have triggered, anew, jitters over looming sluggish international economy and crude demand.
Brent mixed contracts fell 83 cents settling at USD 67.03 per barrel. Likewise, West Texas medium crude contracts shed 94 cents to settle at USD 59.04 pb. (end)
