RIYADH, March 19 (KUNA) -- The Saudi Cabinet on Tuesday appreciated recently reiterated US support for the Saudi-led coalition to support Yemen's legitimacy and the Kingdom's efforts to confront Iranian interference in Yemen.
During its weekly meeting presided over by Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz, the cabinet thanked the US for opposition to views that giving up help to the kingdom is the way to put an end to the conflict in Yemen.
The cabinet, further, echoed the Kingdom's strong condemnation of the terrorist attack on two mosques in Christchurch City of New Zealand, and all forms and manifestations of terrorism.
In this regard, the Saudi ministers underlined the Kingdom's call for respecting religions, criminalizing and combatting racist rhetoric that fuels extremism and terrorism and even undermines world peace and security.
The Cabinet also discussed the Kingdom's participation in Third Brussels Conference to support the future of Syria and the region, and meetings on cooperation between Riyadh and the European Union (EU) as well as joint efforts to ensure a secure, stable and united Syria. (end)
