BRUSSELS, March 19 (KUNA) -- The European Commission, the EU's executive body, Tuesday denied media reports that it was a target of a bomb threat.
"This incident was not Commission related. It was a bomb threat in a building around the area where Commission buildings are located. Belgian police is on the ground," chief spokesperson for the European Commission, Margaritis Schnias, told a news conference.
"The Commission staff have been advised to use alternative entrances to Commission buildings," he added. (end)
