PARIS, March 18 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Embassy to Netherlands urged citizens in the Kingdom to vigilant after a man shot dead three people in city of Utrecht on Monday.
The embassy called in a statement on Kuwaitis to abide by instructions of the Dutch authorities, which upgraded its security alert level.
It said citizens wishing to reach out to the embassy in case of emergency should contact: (+31) 639-374-157.
Three people were killed and five injured, three seriously, in the attack which took place on and outside a tram in the Kanaleneiland area of Utecht. (end) mjz.bs
