MANAMA, March 12 (KUNA) -- The Kingdom of Bahrain on Tuesday affirmed that culture and media play a crucial role for bringing nations of diverse civilizations closer.
The significant role of these two realms was asserted by Minister of Information Ali Al-Rumaihi during a meting with the head of the cultural bureau at the State of Kuwait Embassy, Dr. Abdullah Al-Kandari, and studnets affairs coordinators at the cultural attache office at the UAE embassy, Fathia Al-Mahmoud.
Minister Al-Rumaihi lauded the regular forum for Arab counsellors and cultural attaches.
For his part, Al-Kandari praised the deep and historic relations between Kuwait and Bahrain, affirming necessity to continue cooperation at the educational, cultural and media levels between the two Gulf countries. (end)
