National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim left for Rabat to attend the 14th conference of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation's Member States (PUIC)
KUWAIT, March 10 (KUNA) -- National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim Sunday left for Rabat to attend the 14th conference of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation's Member States (PUIC) between March 11-14.
Speaker Al-Ghanim will deliver a speech at the conference, as well as participating in the Arab group coordination meeting on the sidelines of the conference, Al-Dostor news network said in a statement.
The delegation will also take part in sub and permanent committee meetings on Palestine, political affairs, foreign relations, human and women rights, 8th meeting of the Muslim Women Parliamentarians and the second meeting of the secretaries general of members parliaments.
Al-Ghanim's accompanying delegation includes MPs Rakan Al-Nisf, Dr. Awdah Al-Rowaie, Mohammad Al-Dalal, Nayef Al-Ajmi, Ali Al-Doqbasi, Al-Humaidi Al-Subaie, Nasser Al-Dosari and Safa Al-Hashem. (end)
