TUNIS, March 3 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Minister of Justice Fahad Al-Afasi said on Sunday Kuwait is seeking to prop up security coordination and cooperation among Arab countries.
Addressing the 36th session of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers held in the Tunisian capital today, Al-Afasi, who doubles as minister of state for parliamentary affairs, said participation in the gathering aims at stepping up Arab efforts in the security realm.
"The security of the Arab nation is an integrated matter and the regional situations require full vigilance and intensified cooperation for promoting a holistic approach through a multidimensional strategy to address security challenges, primarily terrorism," the minister added.
He also called for fighting cybercrimes and money laundering, sharing information in this regard and combatting illegal drugs. (Pick up previous) ksj.mt
