Razzaz said the Jordanian and Iraqi people should feel outcome of the economic cooperation and relationship between the two countries, which ultimately aimed at creating jobs and develop common economic action, noted the statement.
He described the agreements signed on February 2 as "very important," saying Amman and Baghdad were working on addressing obstacles facing implementation of the accords.
Jordanian Minister of Industry and Trade Tareq Hammouri, at a joint news conference with Iraq's Minister of Industry and Minerals Saleh Jaburi, said there were technical teams thrashing out obstacles facing implementation of the agreements.
Al-Jaburi said Iraq was committed to building an oil pipeline from Basra to Aqaba in Jordan. "This project will see light in coming few months ...," he added.
Iraq agreed to supply Jordan with 10,000 barrels of oil per day, in return the Kingdom would supply Iraq with electricity. (end) ab.bs
