Cooperation with WB in line with Kuwait's Vision 2035 - CPA

KUWAIT, Jan 26 (KUNA) -- The Competition Protection Authority's (CPA) cooperation with the World Bank is in line with Kuwait Vision 2035, Deputy Chairman of the authority Abdullah Al-Afasi said Saturday.
In a press release, Al-Afasi said that the CPA's consultative program with the World Bank was planned in two phases with the first occurring between 2013-16 and the second beginning in 2017 and concluding in 2020.
The CPA is looking forward to continue the program, said Al-Afasi who indicated that it was currently in the phase of implementation.
The official expressed gratitude towards the strong support from the World Bank, which provided assistance to improve the CPA's performance. (end) km.gta
