Bush. In his cable, His Highness the Amir expressed on behalf of the Kuwaiti government and people sincere condolences on the passing of President George H.W. Bush, the 41st President of the United States of America.

WASHINGTON -- George Bush's death was announced in a tweet by his spokesman on Saturday, but no further details were given on the cause of his death. He was the longest living US president in history.
