KUWAIT, Nov 28 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has cabled the racing champion Meshari Al-Dhafiri, expressing congratulations on winning, for the fourth time, the gold in the Group-N and the title, the champion of the Middle East rallies 2018, in Lebanon.
His Highness the Amir lauded Al-Dhafiri's distinguished accomplishment that depicted the Kuwaiti youth high-level sports' capacities.
Their Highnesses the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister, respectively Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, addressed cables of similar content to the champion. (end)
