MoI urges people to be vigilant during heavy rains

KUWAIT, Nov 24 (KUNA) -- The Ministry of Interior urged the public, particularly motorists, to be cautious when driving in heavy rains.
Drivers are asked not to make sudden stops in order to prevent endangering their lives and others', and to keep a considerable distance between cars on the road, MoI said in a press statement Saturday.
The ministry asked the public to call (112) for humanitarian, traffic, and security help, and urged sea-goers to call coast guards at (1880888) in case of emergency. (end) am.msa.ma
